Cutting & Grinding Fluid
General Description
ON-SS 1000 series high lubricity and low foam synthetic cutting and grinding coolant for ferrous metals and cast iron. It is free from Sodium nitrite, Diethanol amine, Silicone oil, Phosphorous, Sulfur, Chlorine, Bromine, Boron and other heavy metals.
Advantages
- Longer coolant life due to its bacteria static property.
- Suitable for a wide range of operations, materials and machines.
- Excellent anti-corrosion property especially for ferrous work materials.
- Highly effective cleaning effect to grinding wheels, it avoid cloggins and loading on grinding wheels pores.
- Superior anti-rust property.
- Usage above 5% concentration, hard cakes and oxidation fused chip is not expected to occur in cast iron and forge steel machining machine lines.
- Do not contain chlorine.
Application
Milling, Drilling and Turning 5 to 7%
Tapping, Deep drilling 6 to 8 %
Grinding 3 to 5 %
